Having had previous experience in creating a Loan Origination System, we realised that our clients have to verify customers before sanctioning any loan. Hence, with our Field Service Management angle, field investigators visit customer locations for all types of verification. This includes capturing photos, audios and videos and subsequently submitting it to the Central Authority team for further loan management.
